Detailed Route ScheduleDay 1: Arrival in Siliguri & Scenic Drive to Gangtok
Welcomed by our local coordinator at Bagdogra Airport/NJP Station. Embark on a breathtaking drive winding along the emerald-green Teesta River. Arrive in Gangtok, check-in to your premium StayNest homestay, and enjoy a warm traditional welcome dinner.
Day 2: Gangtok Local Sightseeing & Tsomgo Lake Excursion
Early morning visit to the sacred high-altitude Tsomgo Lake (12,400 ft) and Baba Mandir. Return to Gangtok for afternoon strolls at MG Marg, tasting local steamed delicacies and visiting the historic Rumtek Monastery.
Day 3: Scenic Journey to North Sikkim (Lachung)
Depart Gangtok for Lachung. Stop by the majestic Seven Sisters Waterfall and Singhik Viewpoint for panoramic vistas of Mount Kanchenjunga. Arrive at Lachung, a picturesque alpine village, and relax by a cozy wood fireplace.
Day 4: Yumthang Valley of Flowers & Return to Gangtok
Drive to Yumthang Valley (11,800 ft), famous for its natural hot springs and vibrant rhododendron blooms. Optionally visit Zero Point. Journey back to Gangtok for a cozy night stay.
Day 5: Transfer to Darjeeling via Kalimpong Gardens
Drive to Darjeeling, stopping in Kalimpong to visit Pine View Flower Nursery and Durpin Monastery. Check in to StayNest Darjeeling, enjoying stunning mountain views from your private balcony.
Day 6: Tiger Hill Sunrise & Departure
Wake up at 4:00 AM to witness the spectacular golden sunrise over Mt. Kanchenjunga from Tiger Hill. Visit Batasia Loop and Ghoom Monastery, followed by transfers to NJP/Bagdogra with memories for a lifetime.
